IT STARTED WITH JUST A WORD...

A few years ago, during a deontology class at University, I came across a terminology that really caught my attention: kinanthropologue—the practitioner of kinanthropology (the scientific study of human movement, blending its biological, psychological, and social dimensions in the context of sports, education, and health). This title helped me define in a new way my drive, role and purpose in life.

From that term, a word came to mind: KINAVIA.

= KIN (from Greek kinesis, “movement”) + A (athlete) + VIA (the path).

To give life to this, I first had to finish my bachelor degree—and then move to Brussels, where I met Max.

He was just crazy (and passionate) enough to share the same obsession: starting something big. We turned that word into something real and we decided to launch the brand with a shared mission: to ELEVATE THE STANDARD.

This tagline is our commitment to go beyond what’s expected, what’s common, and what’s "good enough."

It’s our personal and collective mission to raise the bar in how we train, how we live, how we think, and how we show up in the world.

It’s the belief that stronger fitness foundations, habits, and healthier lifestyle behaviors make us not only better athletes — but better human beings.

Since then, other like-minded (and equally crazy) individuals have joined the journey. With their own talent and experience, we have grown into a fitness organization specializing in holistic fitness and well-being—offering a unique path to help people align with their full potential.

We are Belgian passionates who have the rebellious drive of helping high achievers in their health & fitness journey through holistic fitness services, training ressources, continuous education and personalized online coaching.

BENJAMIN DESMET

Passionate about the human body, movement, growth, and fitness as a whole, I describe myself as a kinanthropologist. My degree in physical education laid the foundation for understanding movement science, while my passion for fitness has driven me to explore the wide landscape of functional training.

Over the years, I have practiced across different disciplines, environments, and training styles. These experiences eventually shaped our unique holistic approach-blending strength, bodybuilding principles, structural balance, endurance, and mobility, which forms the foundation of how we design our programs.

My goal is to support each individual in reaching their full potential and to create an organization that goes beyond conventional definitions of fitness.

MAXIME DUPONT

As a former architect, my journey began by designing structures, before realizing that the most valuable construction is the development of the body and mind.

Coming from a strength and bodybuilding background, I specialize today in hybrid training, bringing together multiple disciplines (mainly running and lifting) into a balanced and effective approach. All those years of consistent practice have shaped the holistic methodology we promote here at KINAVIA that integrates strength, bodybuilding, endurance, mobility, and resilience—redefining how we look and move.

Each training session is built with intention and structure, designed not only to improve fitness but also to strengthen mental toughness.

SIMON HALUT

I’m a physio by training, an athlete by conviction, and a coach by calling. My journey began with rehab and movement, but I quickly realized that true performance is built at the intersection of structure, intention, and human connection.

Every day, I explore the edges of physical potential, both my own and that of the people I coach with an approach grounded in precision, empathy, and relentless commitment. My goal isn’t just to help athletes improve, but to truly understand the person behind the performance, and guide them through physical, mental, and emotional growth.

To me, training isn’t about building perfect bodies.
It’s about helping humans move with purpose.

VALENTIN DE MOFFARTS

Trained as a woodworking craftsman, I grew up with a keen appreciation for quality and detail. Sports have been a part of my life since childhood: team sports, tennis, and then in 2017... the discovery of an old gym full of enthusiasts. That's where weightlifting came into my life, a demanding sport where every movement counts and technique is paramount.

Today, after retraining in therapeutic massage and sports wellness, I combine my experience as an athlete, my craftsman's eye, and my passion for body harmony.
My goal is to guide athletes toward a strong, balanced, and aesthetic physique, where performance and precision go hand in hand.

MARINE LEMMENS

As a nutritionist, my role is to help people unlock their full potential through deeply personalized care. With credentials in nutritherapy and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, I focus on supporting clients through key life stages and goals whether it’s optimizing performance through sports nutrition, preparing the body for conception, or supporting women through pregnancy.

True health isn’t just about what we eat, it’s about how we live. That’s why I take a holistic approach, considering not just the body, but also the mind and environment. I’m passionate about helping people create real, lasting change through better nutrition, movement, and lifestyle choices. When we give the body the right support, we lay the foundation for vitality, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
