Within this program, we currently offer two main tracks: HYROX 1.0 (12-week intermediate) and HYROX 2.0 (10-week advanced). Each track is competition-driven and designed around a blend of strength work, quality sessions, running, mobility, and HYROX-specific training.
They follow a carefully layered progression, building week after week to bring you to a precise, well-timed peak.
As HYROX seasons and preps evolve, the program will be continuously enriched with additional tracks and varied preparation lengths, delivered at no extra cost—keeping your training fresh, relevant, and fully aligned with your goals.
